2.1. Scope of Services: We provide comprehensive solar energy solutions as detailed on our Website and in our official proposals.

2.2. Quotations: All quotations provided by us are based on the information provided by you and a preliminary assessment. Quotations are estimates and are valid for a period of 30 days unless stated otherwise. The final project cost is subject to a detailed site survey and technical feasibility analysis.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be detailed in your specific project proposal or contract. Typically, this includes an advance payment upon contract signing, with subsequent milestone payments due throughout the project lifecycle. Final payment is due upon commissioning of the system. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your property and energy requirements.
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the installation site for our team and equipment.
  • Obtain any necessary permissions from housing societies, local bodies, or other relevant authorities, unless otherwise specified in our contract.

5. Warranties

5.1. Component Warranties: All major components, such as solar panels and inverters, are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. We will provide you with all relevant warranty documentation upon project completion.

5.2. Workmanship Warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty for the installation services, covering defects arising from our installation process for a period specified in your contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidyut Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our Services will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vidyut Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
